The approximately 54sqm basement apartment comprises a large living and sleeping area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The individual sleeping area is equipped with a 1.8m wide box spring bed. The living area includes a comfortable sitting area, a sideboard and a flat screen TV as well as a stereo system. In the kitchen is a new fully equipped kitchenette, including oven and dishwasher. There is also a sitting area for four people. The bathroom has a shower bath and a modern vanity.

Welcome to our cottage cabin!If you want to discover Ostfriesland and make holidays in the beautiful city of Leer, you have come to the right place. Our holiday home is located in the heart of Leer - the pedestrian area, the historic old town and the harbor with its promenade are only a few minutes walk away. A bakery can be found just around the corner, supermarkets are also within easy reach. Our holiday home includes the apartment Grote Koje and the apartment Lüttje Koje. Both berths are each for 2 persons and have a separate entrance. They can be connected if necessary, for example, if you want to travel with two couples. The house is completely renovated and newly furnished. Wi-Fi reception is available. In the garden is from spring 2019 for each apartment a terrace. They also have the option of storing bicycles and loading e-bikes. A parking bay is located in front of the house. These are non-smoking apartments.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 20:00 and departures from 06:00 to 11:00.

Grote Kajüte in Leer

Wir haben eine sehr saubere und hübsche Wohnung vorgefunden. Die Ausstattung und die Lage -10 Min. zu Fuß zur Leeraner Altstadt- waren toll. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend für 2 Personen sowohl für ein Wochenende als auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu empfehlen.

Tolle Wohnung in einer tollen Stadt

Die Wohnung bietet mehr als erwartet. Sie ist modern und trotzdem gemütlich eingerichtet, großzügig und hell. Selbst für Koffer und Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs gibt es einen großen Abstellraum. Der Garten ist gepflegt, bietet eine große Terrasse, einen überdachten Eingangsbereich und ein Gartenhaus in dem z.b. Fahrräder untergebracht werden können, welche man unbedingt mitnehmen sollte um die fahrradfreundliche Stadt Leer und Umgebung kennenzulernen. ( Z.b. Emden oder Papenburg jeweils ca.25 km. ) Die Wohnung liegt zentral an einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße. Altstadt, Hafen, oder Supermarkt sind zu Fuß in 5 bis 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Fazit: einfach nur gut!
