The 1-room apartment for 2-3 persons is very bright and spacious. In all rooms floor tiles are laid. All roof windows are equipped with effective sunscreen and blackout blinds. Fewo Ostsee-Schwänchen I and II can also be rented together! Ideal for family holidays with teenagers!

In the living and sleeping area, the comfortable double bed (2 separate mattresses, 200 × 90) with many pillows can of course also be used as a television coach. In the small wardrobe enough clothes for 2-3 people can stow. The armchair is extendable to the bed and is slightly separated under a window and is also good to use as a reading chair after an exhausting beach day. A reading lamp stands on the dresser next to it.

The dining area consists of a table with 3 chairs, on which also can make board games. A wooden games collection is under the TV on the shelf.

The kitchenette contains everything you need, even a bit more: 2-plate stove, microwave with baking function, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, scales, blender with whisk, dough hook and blender, pots, crockery, cutlery and various Kitchen utensils.

The bathroom with shower and toilet is slightly larger and has a window. The clothes horse for the beach towels can be placed here comfortably.

There is also a vacuum cleaner, doorbell, wardrobe, full length mirror on the closet and a beach towel rack (see above). Washing machine, dryer and sauna are in the big house, where is also a bistro, usable.

Our two apartments are located in the north of the island of Poel in Gollwitz. The beautiful island has a great recreational value, even through the miles of gently merging into the sea sandy beaches. That's why the island became a state-approved resort in 1997. Since 2004, the island also bears the title Ostseebad. Thus, the 37 km ² island is the youngest German seaside resort. Opposite the mainland lies the old Hanseatic city of Wismar, which is even a UNESCO World Heritage Site. So also in cultural terms, the region of the island of Poel offers a lot of interesting things.

For families, with large or small children, for couples or singles, with or without a dog, our two apartments Baltic Sea Swans I and Baltic Sea Swans II are ideal destinations for a completely successful holiday.
