Cruising the Coast & Festival/Holiday Weekends

We can only provide 2 parking permits per unit - strictly enforced. No trailers, RV's, over-sized vehicles that can't fit in a normal sized parking space.

For Cruising the Coast we have additional over-flow parking available next door which can be reserved in advance.

• Max occupancy of 6 is for all ages including children and infants (strictly enforced).

• Parking passes are for regular sized vehicles only; we can not accommodate over sized vehicles or trailers at this time, up to 2 permits.

• After you have a confirmed booking, we will need you to electronically sign a rental agreement and required HOA docs. We also require a copy of driver's license.

• Cable TV is not available in the building. All TVs are smart or have Roku devices and antenna are provided for local broadcast; streaming passwords are not.

• Surveillance cameras are present in al common areas of the building not limited to the lobby, breezeways, elevators, gym, pools, parking lot, etc.

Communication with the host was good, however, they wanted a copy of my drivers license and didn't have any secure way for me to send it. The apartment was nice but being south facing the sun gets intense on the patio and the light curtains for the master bedroom allows the morning sun to light it up.

This property is in a great location with wonderful views! Be aware that the third bedroom is barely bigger than the bunk bed and does not have a window. The laundry closet is in this room. The property was clean and otherwise as expected.

Relaxing beach getaway

Long overdue beach trip and we all needed to relax and have some great seafood. The condo was great and so clean! Amazing view! Felt safe entering and exiting and while we were there. Friendly and helpful security staff. Drove just down the road a bit to rent chairs/umbrellas so we didn’t have to buy our own. First time to Gulfport beach and we’ll be back!

Perfect getaway

This property was great! Spacious, beautiful view, indoor pool when the weather is bad, hot tub to relax, walking distance to Felix’s seafood restaurant, and the beach is right across the road. Only 12 minutes away from IMMS for a fun family day, and down the road from the aquarium and Ship Island day Cruise (highly recommend - just wear a lot of sunscreen and splurge on the umbrella and chair). Easy parking and security on site. Carts available to take your bags to your room. Would definitely stay here again!

Great family getaway!

We rented this condo for a family getaway over the holidays. Beautiful condo with amazing views, had everything we needed for two teens my husband and I. It was very clean. Front desk staff were friendly. We used the indoor pool and workout room and they met our needs. Parking was in a gated lot, felt safe in the area. The condo is located close to Gulfport and Biloxi and the beach is just across the street. The master bed mattress was very comfy, so much so that I asked what kind it was after our week long stay. We weren’t in the area during the busy season, so it was pretty quiet. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms so everyone had their own space although the bunk bed room is little it was just what we needed. Overall a great experience!

Not worth the price

The location is good. Decor was ok. The biggest issues we had was with the mattress, dirty bathroom, dirty utensils, and lack of communication from the owner. The mattress was a rock hard foam mattress. Prison beds would have been more comfortable. We woke up every morning in pain. My wife noticed gnats in the kitchen sink. When we went to cook there were a lot of dirty utensils. Also the bathroom baseboards were filthy nasty. The owner messaged me to ask if we had arrived and if everything was to our satisfaction. This was on Sunday. I expressed my complaints and sent pics of the issues. The owner replied that a Hope would possibly stop by. I asked who was Hope and I never got a reply back, nothing at all. Definitely not worth the cost of the rent unless you enjoy all of the complaints above.
