Saddlebrook Villa

This new listing and the host needs some positive feedback from his clients and then acting on those comments, before a five star rating can be earned. It is a clean, roomy Villa, and the listing describes it accurately. The host needs to provide more information about the Villa to make a clients stay more stress free.

We ended up staying in another unit because there was a water pressure issue in the reserved unit. Communication varied from being very responsive once we arrived. I had to call VRBO because the host did not return my call. Once VRBO called him, then his communication was excellent as we looked at the first unit with the water pressure issues to getting into the second unit.

Response from VrboOwner on 10 February 2026
We discovered the reduced water pressure the day before your arrival, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience that could have caused. Since there wasn’t enough time to complete the repair properly before check-in, we upgraded you to one of our 3-bedroom / 3-bath units at no additional charge so you could still enjoy your stay comfortably. We always want our guests to feel taken care of, and we appreciate your understanding.
