My wife is from Oldenburg, I am from England, yet we were both so impressed by the setting of the apartment in such an individual part of North Germany. Our accommodation was spotless, very comfortable and spacious. Our hosts were available at all times, but never needed. The large balcony receives afternoon and setting sun, complete with canal and historic boat view. Supermarkets just 5 minutes walk away, on an adjacent path, but well out of sight. We are both well-travelled, but this was delightful! Paul and Heide
