Getaway to St Andrews by the Sea. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Relax in this newly renovated beachy bungalow that sleeps 8 (4 Queen Beds and 1 Twin Bed). Located in the original Town Plat Resort Historic District you will be walking distance to the Van Horne Trail, Kingsbrae Gardens, the Wharf, Restaurants and Quaint Shops. The home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 Full Bathrooms, a Smart TV with Basic cable, High Speed Internet.
The space
The newly renovated home is clean and bright with lots of room for friends and family. The main floor has a large master bedroom with a Queen Bed and access from the bedroom to the main bathroom. It also has a second bedroom with a Queen Bed and a walkout deck overlooking the back yard. The lower level has a Rec room space perfect for cards and games, a full bathroom, a room with a Queen Bed and a room with a Queen and a Twin Bed. The kitchen on the main level is stocked with all the kitchenware you need to prepare meals, cocktails and more. The living room and dining room are comfortable and spacious. This property is in a wonderful location, close to everything St. Andrews has to offer! It is very clean and spacious. Communication with the owners was excellent.

Nice place, great location!

The place had everything that we needed. We enjoyed walks in the neighborhood and around the lovely town of St. Andrews. Sue was a great host. We would definitely stay there again!

Everything you need

Amazing property with lots of room and everything you could ever need. Great place to keep everyone in the family happy. Well appointed kitchen, lots of chairs including outdoor ones, games, books, and more. My sister said the sheets were like butter. Comfortable beds too.
