Holiday house, only 1 apartment is rented, private pool only for the tenant

This holiday home is an upscale category. It has 2 units / each 90 m² for 4/8 people. We rent only one apartment, so that the pool is available to you alone. On request, both apartments can be rented. Haus Sonnenschein enjoys a very quiet location on the Montesano mountain with a splendid view of the Gironà Valley. It has 2 spacious terraces with awning (lower apartment) and a covered conservatory (upper apartment) with sliding glass elements. The living-dining area has modern furnishings (sofa, wall unit and dining table for 6 persons). The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher u. v. m. In both apartments there are 2 bedrooms with direct access to the bathroom. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer u. Iron is available. On request high chair u. Cot. Outside there are garden furniture, clothes dryer and a car parking space. It should be noted that the seawater pool 8 x 4 m only by salt is cleaned (no chlorine). Final cleaning 120 € per apartment. Linen package (2 towels, 1 bath towel, bed linen) 15 € per person on request. Free internet. Air conditioning is charged via a separate electricity meter (40 cents per KW).
