In the basement there is a fully equipped gym.
On the ground floor there are a spacious living room, kitchen and dining room, as well as a bedroom with a sofa bed and a toilet.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with double bed and private bathrooms and balconies.
On the second floor there is a sunbathing area of 100 m2, mini kitchen and bathroom.
Guests can use the garden furniture, barbecue and outdoor shower.
This villa disposes garage and additional entertainment facilities - children's corner, PlayStation, table tennis, social games.
Next to the garage you can use private newly build basketball court.
