Stayed here two nights with my wife while dropping off my son at college; he stayed the first night. The property is in the middle of a pretty quiet residential neighborhood, so there isn't much to check out in the immediate vicinity, but it's not a bad place to start and end your day if you're visiting different parts of LA.
The entry is a little complicated the first time around; you have to unlock a gate then go around to the back, past an adjacent unit, to reach this unit. But once you get used to that it's not a big deal.
Once inside, we found the unit to be very clean throughout. The kitchen has many accessories you need to make your own meals. The bathroom was a nice size, and the shower head had good water pressure.
The bedroom and living room are one long room, with a locked door in the middle, apparently to the adjoining unit. The futon folds down for the third person to sleep in.
There's no street parking between 2-5am, but we were allowed to park on the lawn.
Our host, Fredy, was very friendly and prompt at responding to our questions.
All in all, we got the hassle-less stay we were looking for.
