Our apartment is located in the north of Erfurt in the district Gispersleben. The city center is about 6km away. We have good transport links to tram, bus and highway 4 and the highways 71 and A4. Parking by car is possible in our street. The apartment is located near the park with restaurants and the river Gera invites you to stroll and linger. The apartment is generously laid out with approximately 100 m² on 2 floors. Winter garden, terrace and barbecue invite you to linger.

Eine sehr originell und gleichzeitig funktional eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, in der wir als dreiköpfige Familie genug Raum und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten hatten. Der Vermieter kommuniziert überaus freundlich, humorvoll und verbindlich. Aus Gründen der Transparenz wäre es sinnvoll, wenn die Kulturförderabgabe der Stadt Erfurt bereits bei der Anzeige des Gesamtbuchungsbetrages auf der Seite von "FeWo direkt" Berücksichtigung fände. Insgesamt eine ohne Einschränkungen empfehlenswerte Adresse!

Gemütliches Kleinod

Gemütlich eingerichtete, etwas verwinkelte Wohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt. Ob Badewanne oder Duschkabine, Kellerfeeling oder Balkon, Spül- und Waschmaschine, 3 Fernsehern... - es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Man ist mit dem Auto oder auch mit der Straßenbahn ruckzuck in der Stadt und doch ist es angenehm ruhig.

Es war sehr sauber, wir hatten viel Platz, wirklich ruhige Nächte und der Vermieter ist unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. In 10 Minuten waren wir mit dem Auto an den Messehallen, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist auch nur 10 Min zu Fuß entfernt. Unser absolutes Highlight: Frühstück auf der Dachterasse!

Wir waren leider nur für 2 Tage übers Wochenende in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Supermarkt und Bäcker ist nach kurzem Fußmarsch schnell erreicht. Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist ca. 800 m entfernt. Es ist sehr ruhig. Auch mit mehreren Personen fühlt man sich dort wohl.
