About this property
Quiet Marco Island resort for 4th of July week!
Watch the 4th of July fireworks right from your oceanfront screened-in lanai at the quiet and private Hilton Club Regency at Marco island. Immaculately maintained 2/2 unit on top floor with wonderful sunlight from the oceanfront patio doors and skylight. This is very much a boutique resort property on Marco, with wonderfully relaxing pool area with hot tub and BBQs for grilling. The JW Marriott and its many restaurants and bars is a short walk just two properties over. This is a family owned timeshare for over 20 years, we come almost every year. Now you can enjoy!
Please note there are no elevators on property. It's a short flight of stairs up to the oceanfront unit.
The unit comes with 1 personal covered parking space. An additional guest parking tag is available first come first serve.
