In one of the most exclusive locations of the Baltic Sea resort, only 300 meters to the long, fine sandy beach of Binz, the Villa Eden was built around the turn of the century in the style of spa architecture.
Our 50 sqm 2-room apartment, which is suitable for up to 4 people, has an unusual layout.

The center of the apartment is the sleeping area, equipped with a double bed, flat screen TV and comfortable seating by the fireplace.

From here you get to the living area on the closed veranda with sleeping space for 2 more people as well as in the separate kitchen with direct access to the covered balcony. The complete package of this wonderful apartment is rounded off by a bath.

Free WiFi and a free parking space directly at Villa Eden.

Another highlight of this apartment is a beach chair on the sandy beach of Binz, which you can use free of charge from May to September.

Quartier in guter Lage zum Strand.

Wohnung gut gereinigt. Balkon mußte von meiner Frau erstmal gewischt werden. Nur ein Wohnungsschlüssel , Safe vorhanden aber nicht nutzbar . Schloß vom Strandkorb verschlossen aber Riegel komplett abgeschraibt,damit keine Sicherheit

Hervorragendes Objekt mit super Lage.

Die Wohnung ist in sehr ordentlichen Zustand, wenngleich man ihr an einigen Stellen anmerkt, dass sie schon einige Jahre auf dem Rücken hat, zum Beispiel der Boden in der Küche. Klasse war der sehr leicht zu bedienende und eine wohlige Wärme verbreitende Kaminofen. Wir kommen wieder!
