The fact that the three apartments are all located on the ground floor and have direct access to the communal garden, they are almost perfect for a complete rental with friends or family. Ausblick und Lage super. Allerdings sollte folgendes in die Beschreibung aufgenommen werden. - Der Garten darf nur 'zum Spazierengehen' genutzt werden, kein Fußball, Badminton oder sonstiger Sport erlaubt. - Gastgeber bewohnt die obere Etage des Hauses- Die Küchen nur mit Gehörschutz nutzbar (Lüfter geht mit Licht an)Hätte lieber 2,5/5 Sternen gegeben, ist aber leider nicht möglich.

Familienferien in einem wundervollen Garten

Der Aufenthalt als Grossfamilie in allen drei Wohnungen war ideal, der Garten ein Traum, die Nähe zum Strand, Dorf und Einkauf genial. Einziger Wermutstropfen, wir konnten keine Schifffahrt machen, das der Wasserstand des Lago Maggiore zu niedrig war.

totalement conforme à la description

L'arrivée se fait en autonomie. Il s'agit de 2 appartements et de 1 studio, loués collectivement. Ils sont très propres. Les photos sont conforment à la réalité. La voie de chemin de fer relativement proche n'est absolument pas dérangeante (peu de train et pas de bruit). Le lac est à distance de marche (5 minutes) et une plage soit en galets soit en sable, publique, est agréable. Le supermarché est encore plus proche. Pour les déplacements et les visites, un bateau part chaque jour de la localité mais le plus simple est d'aller à Laveno en voiture (6 km), de prendre la bateau jusque Intra (15 min) et puis d'aller par exemple en bateau jusqu'aux iles. Points négatifs : chaque appartement dispose de sa cuisine indépendante ce qui ne permet pas facilement de cuisiner pour un grand groupe. En cas de pluie ou de grand soleil, il y a peu de solution pour s'abriter.
