Our spacious family apartment has a bedroom with 2 beds, a large built-in wardrobe, a living-dining room with hatch to the fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, coffee machine, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine and dryer. In the living room there are two bed sofas that can be used either for children or another 2 adult guests. The apartment has central heating, so that nobody has to freeze even during the rather rare cooler days in winter. The absolute highlight, however, is our heated indoor pool with counter-current system and pool bar with coffee, tea and juices. This offer is available to our guests free of charge. During the use of the pool and spa area, the use is private and is not used by any other person during this time. The use of the sauna is possible for a fee.
The villa is located in the middle of a tropical garden on a hillside about 170 meters above the Atlantic Ocean. It is an absolutely quiet urbanization with almost exclusively owner-occupied villas.
Our guests, who have their own entrance from the street to their apartment, can move and stop at various locations on the property. On the one hand there is the back garden with lawn for sunbathing in the morning or for exercising such as gymnastics, yoga and the like. a. Yoga mats are available. Neither this area, nor the small breakfast terrace in front of the apartment entrance nor the terrace in front of the indoor pool is visible from the outside.
On the pool terrace there is a “walker” who invites you to exercise with a sea view.
On the west side of the villa, at the level of the owner's apartment, is the sun terrace. This can of course be used by the guests of the villa. In addition to full sun, there is of course ocean view again and in the evening hours the legendary sunsets of Tenerife.
Our villa guests have access to the heated indoor pool (approx. 24 degrees) and the Finnish sauna (approx. 90 degrees). A small pool bar with various drinks, but "without bartender", as well as hot / cold shower and toilet complete the offer. The peculiarity is that the pool was built in the volcanic rocks on which the villa stands. Originals of this rock are visible on the edge of the pool. The entire swimming pool was covered with Portuguese marble.
