Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem renovierten Einfamilienhaus mit eigenem, eingezäuntem Garten. Sie ist in ruhiger und dennoch zentraler Lage von Donauwörth. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Freizeitangebote sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Bahnhof ist etwa 1km entfernt. Wir leben ländlich und besitzen Hühner, die von einem Hahn beaufsichtigt werden.Haustiere sind bei uns herzlich willkommen. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt auf 45qm über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Fernseher und eine ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Essecke. Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche, Badewanne, WC und Fön ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher stellen wir unseren Gästen zur Verfügung. Zudem stehen Waschmaschine und Trockner zur kostenfreien Nutzung im Keller. Im Grundpreis sind Endreinigung, Parkplatz und kostenfreie WLAN-Nutzung inklusive.

Sehr Hundefreundlich
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr großem Vollbad, es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Zudem gibt es noch einen tollen kleinen, eingezäunten Garten. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung für diese Ferienwohnung!

Preis-Leistung ist okay
Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ansprechend!!!
Wer allerdings lärmempfindlich ist,für den ist diese Unterkunft eher nichts!!!
Wir wussten von Hühnern,aber nicht von 6 Hunden.
Außerdem ist in der Nähe Airbus (Hubschrauber)und die sind richtig laut!!!

Die Wohnung ist schön, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ruhig aber etwas abseits.

Hübsche, kleine FeWo in sehr ruhiger Umgebung
Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dieser Wohnung gefühlt: Schlafzimmer, kombinierter Küchen-/Wohnraum und ein geräumiges Bad mit Wanne und Dusche haben alles, was man(n) (und Frau :-) ) für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigen.
Und obwohl es nur sehr kurze Wege zu den wichtigsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fühlt man sich bei der Lage der Wohnung wie in einer "Oase der Ruhe".
