Historic, cozy old town house with short distances to the sights of Nördlingen.

Our lovingly renovated, unique apartment is located in the center of Nördlingen in a quiet side street. The shops, restaurants, sights and the weekly market on Saturday are only a few minutes' walk away.

The beautiful apartment is located on the ground floor of our two-family house and has a living room with a cozy living area and flat-screen TV (satellite TV), a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, large vanity, an open, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, Microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, a cloakroom and a technical room with washing machine and dryer.
The apartment also has a small terrace with sun loungers and seating.

The nearest public car park is approx. 50 m away.

We provide free Wi-Fi access for our guests.

Sehr verständnisvolle Vermieter

Wir mussten aufgrund einer Erkrankung den Aufenthalt verschieben. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und sind uns ganz unkompliziert entgegen gekommen und haben ein neues Datum akzeptiert. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und wir möchten uns dafür nochmals bedanken.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir wurden bei Ankunft herzlichst willkommengeheißen. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit wirklich allem ausgestatten, was man zum Leben benötigt. Bei Ankunft war sogar der Kühlschrank mit einigen Lebensmittel gefüllt um einen Start in den Urlaub zu erleichtern. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und uns über den persönlichen Kontakt zum Vermieterpaar gefreut. Die Lage ist exzellent für Erkundungen in der Stadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Städtchen und FEWO

Die Wohnung ist absolut super so auch die Vermieter. Das Städtchen wunderschön, leider waren wir eine Woche zu früh. Der Weihnachtsmarkt fing erst nach uns an. Alles in allem absolut zu empfehlen. Danke euch Zwei LG K. u. O.

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung!

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung in der Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig es war alles da sogar der Kühlschrank war etwas gefüllt! Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und freundlich. Für uns waren die Betten etwas zu hart, aber sonst war alles sehr sauber und perfekt. Vielen lieben Dank.

Schön war´s in Nördlingen!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche in Nördlingen. Wesentlich dazu beigetragen hat die tolle Ferienwohnung, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail und allerbestens ausgestattet ist. Wir haben uns in der Altstadtoase sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Tina und Walter sind perfekte und sehr großzügige Gastgeber. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und informativ. Große und tolle Überraschung: Der Kühlschrank war für das Frühstück gefüllt! Das war in einer Ferienwohnung "Premiere" für uns. Dafür nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön. Informationsmaterial über Nördlingen und Umgebung ist reichlich vorhanden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Cafes etc. sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Nördlinger Ries konnten wir wunderbar mit den Rädern erkunden. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub, da uns auch der Wettergott hold war. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne noch einmal wieder. Liebe Tina, lieber Walter nochmals ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön für Eure tolle Gastfreundschaft und für den schönen Abend zum Ausklang unseres Urlaubs auf Eurer Dachterrasse.
