About this space
Ocean Retreat is approx 2000+ sqft fully fenced and dog friendly with 3 bd and 2 baths. The 2nd floor has a spacious master suite with ocean view deck. The 1st floor includes kitchen, living and dining areas, guest bedrooms and bathroom with luxurious spa tub. For those that need more privacy to work, there is a separate outdoor office with desk and queen pullout couch available to rent for $75 extra a night.
We use non-toxic cleaning products and toiletries. EVC is available for $10 daily fee
The space
Outdoors detox and relax with the Infrared/Traditional hybrid sauna and hydrotherapy in the hot and cold tubs. Recharge with Daiwa's Hubble Zero Gravity Massage Chair. Explore and go adventuring and return to comfort and retreat.
Our Tubs are chlorine-free and cleaned with ozone and shocked with MPS a form of hydrogen peroxide.

Other things to note
Dog fee is $40 per night (2 dogs Max).
Extra guests past 6 are $20 per night per person.
EVC charging additional $10 fee from hours of 12am to 9am each day.
Completely Nonsmoking Property
No shoes inside (house slippers are great)

Irish Beach is a private beach connected to 7 miles of Manchester State Beach on low tide. Set away from any stores, the land has a sense of stillness and peace.
There are deliberately no street lights here in order to minimize light pollution for star gazing. Please turn off lights at night when not in use.

*NOTE:
There are no restaurants in Manchester, but there is some great food at the Point Arena Co-op and Bird Cafe (California cuisine farm to table fine dining and take out) down south and Queenie's Roadhouse Cafe in Elk 14 minutes up North. Michelin star chef is at the Harbor House Inn in Elk.

SB Market is a pretty well stocked grocery store / hardware store with super friendly and kind staff is 7 mins away.
There is horseback riding on the beach a few miles down.
The quaint town of Point Arena is 15 mins away
Bryan's Preserve where you can hand feed giraffes is 15 mins
Garcia River Casino is 20 mins away. Mendocino and Gualala are 35 mins away


***Early Check In

We will not know if early check in is available till the day before Check-in. Early checkin if available is an additional $100 can be as early as 10 AM of check in day and $75 as early as 1pm

***Late Check Out

We most often do not have late Check Out available. We will not know till the evening before if Late Check out is possible. With permission, late check out is subject to $100 fee for 1 PM check out, $150 for 4pm. Without permission, Late Check Out will be charged a full day’s rate.
