Our apartment house has been specially built for people in wheelchairs or with mobility restrictions. Since the hostess of the house sits in a wheelchair and the host is a gifted craftsman and master carpenter, an incomparable, creative, barrier-free dream vacation house has emerged from this house.
We offer additional services from nursing services to wheelchair transport and shower chairs.
Each apartment has an intercom and its own WiFi.

The house is located in a quiet single-family housing estate surrounded by vineyards and the Oberlaa spa park. A bus station is only about 300 meters away from our house. The buses are equipped with a ramp. All subway stations in Vienna have an elevator. The new subways have an electric ramp. The center of Vienna can be reached in 30 minutes with the 68 A and the U1.

The Therme Wien is only 2.7 km by car and even less by foot through the Kurpark Oberlaa. It is not only one of the most popular thermal baths in Austria, it also offers all the comforts for people with reduced mobility.

The entire house is a low energy house! In summer it is nice and cool and in winter it gets pleasantly warm with little heating.
The rainwater is collected and used for toilet flushing in the house.
