The holiday home is located at the back of a small family building with 5 vacation rental homes in a well-connected area just 2 km from the center of Icod de Los Vinos. From the balcony you can enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and the northern coast of the island. It has a large living room, a kitchen that is fully equipped, a master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two separate beds, a full bathroom and a balcony perfect for enjoying breakfast or dinner. It is an ideal place for couples or families, as well as for large groups who want to rent several apartments to travel together. Hiking enthusiasts will find the famous Cueva del Viento 1,500 m away and multiple trails in the vicinity. The old town with the Drago Milenario is 2.3 km away and the Playa San Marcos beach is only 10 minutes away by car. The renowned restaurant "El Rincón" is owned by the owner of the apartments, so we recommend a visit to enjoy tasting typical Canarian cuisine with special discounts only for our guests.

It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Die FeWo kann nicht empfohlen werden, Küche schlecht ausgestattet, Wasserkocher verschmutzt, Toaster defekt, keine Geschirrtücher. Nach Ankuft mussten wir zuerst Waschmittel kaufen, weil Handtücher gemüffelt haben und wir mussten erstmal das Bad putzen, weil überall Haare waren. Laut ist es auch in der Wohnung da Türen und Fenster nicht dicht war und direkt an der Straße. Die Nachbsrn hört gemüffelt haben und wir mussten erstmal das Bad putzen, weil überall Haare waren. Blick auf den Teide

Ich habe unsere Unterkunft wirklich sehr gemocht. In der Küche war alles, was wir brauchten, wir hatten viel Platz, es gab eine tolle Dusche, ein bequemes Bett, einen wundervollen Balkon, ein leckeres Restaurant mit liebem Personal und es war sehr sauber. Vor der Haustür gibt es genügend Platz zum Parken und der Bus 360 hält auch direkt dort mit dem man bequem nach Icod oder ins Teno-Gebirge kommt :) Ich hätte mir vorab gerne mehr Informationen zur Mülltrennung gewünscht. Restmülltonnen sind direkt gegenüber der Unterkunft, Plastik und Glas links neben dem Restaurant El Rincón. Papiertonnen gibt es, wenn man rechts die Straße etwas hochläuft.

Accueil très sympas. Facile. Appartement fonctionnel. En revanche appartement au dessus d'une salle des fête. Située plein nord, peu de soleil.
