About this property

Spacious 2 -Bedroom duplex, modern and bright w/private Entrance and driveway. The pool is heated and is all yours during your stay. The Bedrooms are big. One bedroom has 1 queen size bed , an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom is massive, it has 2 queen sized beds.The house comes with a well-equipped KITCHENETTE and attached living Room. During your stay you have full access to the large swimming pool, grill and fireplace area.

The space
This space is perfect for families or friends looking for a getaway. We are conveniently located few minutes from the bay and just a short car ride from the town and Main Street where you will find all the restaurants and shopping!

Outside
We have a well maintain 1 acre land where you can chill and unwind. During your stay you have full access to a large fenced pool with outdoor kitchen. Also enjoy the outdoor fireplace with an addition bbq. Kids will have a great time hang out in the small playground. The apartment is only 3 minutes’ walk to the nearby rocky beach.

Other things to note
This is a duplex house, it is quite and have a private access with a private driveway.

Cleaning Protocol - we are being extra vigilant about cleaning and sanitizing. The whole apartment cleaned carefully to make sure you will feel home. All Vrbo cleaning guidelines in relation to corona are followed.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The outdoor area was perfect, the kids enjoyed the pool and swing/slide set. Would definitely recommend!

The property had everything we needed. The bedrooms are very spacious, and having two bathrooms was great! The big bathtub is amazing! The kitchen/livingroom is small but adequate and had everything we needed, including a nespresso machine put in the apartment when we asked about a coffee maker. Viktoria left some doggy treats for our dog as well!! Only challenge were the set of stairs we had to use to access the apartment. Our dog didn't like them. They would be difficult to manage if you have any problem with use of stairs. Pool is really nice, but it was cloudy most of our stay so we didn't use it much. Our dog loved chasing her ball in the fenced in back yard and walking to the little beach every morning!! We will definitely return if we go back to the Hamptons!

Great stay!

Amazing stay for a group of friends. The apartment is a section of the owner’s home. Really large bedrooms. Great communication throughout from Viktoria. We found it super easy to Uber around to local spots. Would definitely recommend!
