Walk across the rose-lined bridge to a bench sitting area, to a large 20 x 40” private pool. Minutes to Ocean Beaches, south of the highway. Modern renovated Kitchen, new living room furniture. Bright, Sunny 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in the Shinnecock Hills area of Southampton, south of the highway. Temper-pedic mattresses. New kitchen, appliances, central air, heat, WIFI, 2 flat screen TV's, Netflix, clean, modern furniture, outdoor patio, outdoor shower, spa/hot tub Hot Springs salt water. WiFi. Bridge to private area, bench on bridge, pool, Gas BBQ grill, 2 patios, parking, minutes from ocean beaches, village, wineries, town, theater, restaurants. Great for families. No groups , bachelorette parties.
No outside guests, just number of persons registered.

* Travelers will be responsible for gas as needed for pool heater if overused. Turn off pool heater when leaving pool area. No unauthorized guests.
* All toys, pool toys and floats and beach chairs must be put back neatly where they were clean from sand and mud.

Great property- host very accessible as needed. Lots of people coming and going during trip( gardeners, pool maintenance) the only negative to that was they needed to shut off power and accessed house to do so. I felt that I needed to be there as they would be in the bedroom where valuables were. Had to adjust schedule to do so. Very nice guys but was unexpected. House is great- convenient to everything. Well furnished -

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We’re so glad you enjoyed the home, found it well furnished, and appreciated the convenient location and our responsiveness during your stay. We apologize for the unexpected interruption when our maintenance team needed access to shut off power, as a new upgraded pool heater was installed and circuit breaker needed to be off. While routine landscaping and pool service are scheduled to keep the property in excellent condition. We always strive to provide advance notice whenever possible and will continue working to improve communication regarding any maintenance that may require access to the house. Thank you again for staying with us and for your valuable feedback. We would be delighted to host you again in the future.
