Charming recently renovated home located on just shy of one acre of property in the Shinnecock Hills area of Southampton. A 18 X 40 heated saltwater pool, along with a large patio, was completed in May 2020.

The house features four bedrooms, a brand new extension with gorgeous kitchen and island, two newly renovated full bathrooms, and a large deck with lounging area and gas grill overlooking a spacious and serene backyard with a large patio and heated saltwater pool.There is central air throughout to provide for optimal temperatures and a new hot water heater was installed in 2019.

The property comfortably accommodates eight guests with two bedrooms on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor; each floor also has a full bathroom. New furniture has been purchased throughout the house as part of the renovation project. Guests can chose to dine at the spacious new island in the kitchen, the charming dining area, or while enjoying the beautiful setting outside on the deck overlooking the pool.

The house is located on top of a hill providing ample parking and a peaceful stay. Close to restaurants, wineries, shopping, the village, the bay and beaches. Meschutt Bay is five minutes away with a playground for the kids and full bar and live music on most nights for the adults.

Great get away!

Extended weekend stay

My family and I stayed here for a few days to get away. The house was clean, exactly as pictured and communication with the owner was easy. Our kids loved swimming in the pool. Would definitely recommend and plan to come back.

Great Stay in Southampton

I stayed at Margaret’s property for a long 4th of July weekend. We had a wonderful time. Margaret was very communicative and had even left suggestions on places to go within the house manual for us. The house was perfect for our group, and we ended up spending each morning and afternoon sitting by the gorgeous pool. The location is perfect as it is minutes away from Main Street in Southampton, and neighboring towns. Could not say enough about our stay. We would come back anytime!

Weekend in The Hamptons

Clean, Comfortable and Easy

The property was exactly as described and in very good shape. The Host was super easy to work with. One caveat, I rented in October and was not able to use pool. So i can't accurately report on the pool, but from the exterior, the pool deck and surroundings appeared to be in excellent condition.

Phenomenal Stay!

The photos of this house do not do it justice! We stayed in town for a wedding and this property was our amazing getaway for the weekend! The pool was perfect and had sun hitting it from morning to night! The kitchen was gorgeous and even had some staple items that you may forget (salt, pepper, etc.) The host was prompt to answer any questions that we had and it was all around a 10/10! We could not have asked for a better property for our vacation!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Quiet, secluded house with a great pool area! Kitchen and living room are bigger than in the photos, perfect for a small group to get away for the weekend. Ubers are available nearby (although can be a little bit pricey if traveling more than 15-20 minutes). Great host - easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Perfect weekend away

I booked this property for my husband's 40th birthday weekend with 6 other adults. Margaret was very communicative leading up to our arrival and checked in over the weekend, even offering early check in and late check out. The kitchen is perfect for gathering, the pool was great even though the weather only allowed us to use it one afternoon. The location is easy to get to restaurants in Southampton - no issues with Uber and Lyft. Would definitely recommend and book again. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Perfect Southampton spot

Margaret was great. Easy instruction for check in and check out process. The house was so clean and everyone that stayed with me loved it ! The pool is great added bonus. The location of the house was great also! Would definitely recommend and stay again :)

Girls weekend

I stayed here with some friends for a girls weekend and had the best experience. All of us loved the house. It is SO cute and clean and the pool is amazing. It was a pretty and quiet environment also. Aside from the house, the owner Margaret was super nice and helpful. This was my first time booking a house and she made it easy which made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend booking this house and I will be sure to book here again in the future.

Perfect!

This was perfect for a family getaway. The owner was very attentive, responsive, and overall ensured that our stay was perfect. The house was extremely clean, close to everything, and exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend staying here!

Homey property, beautiful pool

This property is a hidden gem. It is clean, very well stocked, the pool is perfect...sparkling clean, comfortable, beautiful. The house has a homey feel to it...it is nice and updated without feeling stuffy. Margaret was friendly and very responsive. The location is great, centrally located. I'd say of all the Hamptons houses I rented, this was my favorite.

Clean property with very attentive owner

This property was as the pictures promised. We rented it for a bachelorette weekend and the bride was very surprised and happy. There were 6 of us, and our only hiccup was the hot water heater could not support 6 showers as we got ready for dinner so after the first 2 girls the water became much colder. Margaret apologized for the inconvenience, provided a bit of compensation and is looking into rectifying the issue in the future. Overall the home was as we hoped and we would rent it again given the water situation is fixed.

Spacious home

The house is clean, spacious and in a great location. The owner was very accommodating. You can easily spend a week there. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a bbq grill just outside on the deck. Would love to come back in the near future.

This beautiful property was purchased by my grandfather in the 1960s as vacant land. Our family has enjoyed this property for many years and recently renovated the entire house, and are adding a heated saltwater pool, so that we can continue to enjoy it for many more.
