Sprawling Southampton Home is located in the heart of the Hamptons. Very private with a large pool and jacuzzi/hot tub. Just a 3-minute drive to the village with all the wonderful restaurants, clubs and small beaches and town!

This property offers privacy with a large pool and a large hot tub jacuzzi. The house sleeps 13 and has a game room with a great ping-pong table, pool table, foosball, and bar to enjoy. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous. You're close to everything including Cooper's Beach. If you have been wanting to visit the Hamptons for the first time this house is a perfect choice. Perfectly located in the heart of the Hamptons, just minutes from the village and the beach.

The home is clean and stylishly decorated! With FREE WIFI and cable TV plus free parking, what more can you ask for? This home has everything you could possibly want. Just bring food and clothing!

Due to the climate of the Northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
There is a pet fee of $200/pet per stay.
For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.
The property is subject to a $95 hot tub fee per cleaning service.
Please note that an additional Damage Waiver fee applies for stays exceeding 29 days.
Cameras are on the driveway for safety reasons off-season when the house is not rented.

Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.

Guest Insurance
Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons.
