An extra bed for a toddler is possible and included. The open kitchen is complete and with all major appliances - eg. B. Coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven with ceramic hob - equipped. The living area has a comfortable seating area overlooking the fireplace and the modern flat screen TV with integrated DVD player. Furthermore, there are three bedrooms with good facilities and a bright bathroom with shower and toilet and dryer and washing machine (surcharge) available. One bedroom has a double bed (160x200), the second has 2 single beds (90x200) and the third bedroom has another single bed (90x200). The balcony is fully furnished. A free, reserved parking space is located at the house. Special features This apartment is modern equipped. Free WiFi is available in your accommodation. The center of Boltenhagen and the Baltic Sea with its miles of sandy beaches are just under 400 meters away. In the apartment no pets are allowed. Bicycles On the property there is also a private lockable shed. Here bikes & Co. can be safely accommodated. This property includes two 28 "bikes and one 16" children's bike to explore the area.  Information about bicycles Dear guests, please understand that we are not responsible for the provided bicycles. Cost of upcoming repairs or Costs for renting replacement bicycles can take over if the bikes are broken, you do not agree or not available at the moment. The bikes are offered as a bonus and if something breaks down, we need at least a week to fix the damage or even get a replacement.
