The space
The living room area of this modern house offers a 75” smart TV with all major streaming services, ceiling-mounted surround sound speakers with Bluetooth, and a smart thermostat for your convenience and entertainment.

Outdoor security surveillance, and in-house security alarm system for your safety. Bathe in the sun or relax under the stars in the spacious well-lit backyard with a large pool & BBQ. Spend nights outdoors on our large terrace sitting on comfy patio furniture with a fire pit to keep you warm throughout the night.

All newly furnished upscale hotel-quality bedding with designer sheets, pillows, and towels.

Master Bedroom features a brand new modern king-sized bed, two closets with mirrors, a newly renovated bathroom, and toiletries.

The first Guest Bedroom features a brand new queen-sized white bed with a California beach vibe.

The third Guest Bedroom features 2 New Modern twin-sized beds and a desk with an office chair.

Extra pillows and blankets are available to guests at all times.
Guest access
Guests can enjoy full access to the entire house, backyard, pool, and garage with the exception of garage cabinets.

The house kitchen features stainless steel appliances, Quartz countertops, newly designed for the ultimate chef's experience. Enjoy the Los Angeles weather poolside cooking on the gas-powered barbecue.

Free wifi, central heating/cooling, parking spots in the garage ad driveway, and a washer, and dryer in the garage all available for guests’ convenient use

We have a removable pool gate available for safety. It may be up or down depending on the last guest so if it is important to the guest, please let the host know.

- Please note that the house is located next to a busy street. During rush hours, traffic noise can be heard in the backyard.
- Please note that the pool is not heated and the pool maintenance occurs on Mondays and garden maintenance is on Saturdays.
- For insurance and security purposes, the house is equipped with security cameras. The cameras are VISIBLE. The first is located in the front on top of the garage gate, the second is by the front entry door, the third is inside the garage, the fourth is on the front west corner of the house, and the last one is located in the backyard. NO CAMERAS ARE INSIDE THE HOUSE. (no cameras in the bathrooms, sleeping areas, living room, or kitchen, which means you have complete privacy.)
