This house is located in a charming quite neighborhood. It is close to everything: 7 minutes from Universal Studios, 15 Mins from Hollywood, 20 mins to Magic Mountains.
Big lot, large pool with gate fir kids safety, large master bedroom with shower and jacuzzi, walk in closet, an exit from the room to the pool area. There are 3 steps to enter the master bedroom please watch your steps.
Room 2 has a door to exit to the pool area.
It has everything you need and more: washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, pots/pans, utensils etc.. you will fall in love with this house!

Unfortunately the house had a water leak, nothing we could know ahead of time.
This house is no longer available for rental, it will take months to repair.
