Relax in our pet-friendly home! This townhouse is bright and comfortable with a private walled patio, sky deck and onsite parking. Excellent amenities, indoor gas fireplace, new furniture and hotel-grade linens and towels. Free on-site parking.

Swim in the community salt water pool and hot tub. Wi-fi and a desk nook for remote work.

Quiet, safe neighborhood. Walk to the DeAnza trail and the #1 Small Art Town in America. The perfect home base for exploring Tubac!

Pet Owners:

DO NOT ALLOW PETS ON THE FURNITURE OR BED.
Leave them alone only while in a crate.
Pick up all pet waste and put the bags in the trash.

NOTE ABOUT EXCESS PET HAIR: If you allow pets on the couch and bed and my housekeeper has to remove excess hair, we will charge an additional $30 cleaning fee. Please help us keep the house clean for other guests by keeping your pets off of the furniture.

POOL TOWELS:
Use the yellow/orange towels from the bathroom at the pool and hot tub.

Towels are not available at the pool. There are restrooms and an outdoor shower.

TRIP INSURANCE
A friendly recommendation: please purchase trip insurance.
