This relaxing 3 bedroom, 2 bath heated pool home embodies the Italian saying "Il dolce far niente" which means "the sweetness of doing nothing". Sit by the pool while sipping a cold drink, go for a walk down the quiet neighborhood streets, drive 20 mins to beaches for the day, or nap in the hammock while a family member cooks up the day's fresh catch in the outdoor kitchen! Whatever you do, we hope you enjoy the cool vibes of this cozy, Florida home!

The lush landscaping surrounding the home has 5 mango trees, 2 avocado trees, and 1 fig tree. So, if its the right season, feel free to indulge!

LOCAL FUN is right down the street! Mets Training stadium, Clover Park, is less than 4 miles away! Some of the best beaches in Florida, including Jensen Beach is only 15 miles away. Love to be by water but prefer no sand? How about launching a kayak, boat, or paddleboard just a few mins away at River Park Marina where you can rent everything you need from Kayaks to pavilions. And hey golfers! There are several golf courses within 5 miles including the PGA golf club! Although the home is set in a quiet area, its just minutes from all the shopping and restaurants you need, and less than 15 mins to the popular Traditions shopping center! Seriously, this location is so convenient!

The newly updated kitchen offers new appliances, sink, and countertops. It is stocked with any cooking utensil and dish you might need, PLUS it features a true pass-through window to the pool area and pool bar for the ultimate entertaining experience!

The pool is obviously the highlight of this home! There are two sets of double doors that can be opened completely creating an open indoor/outdoor living space.. There is a bar on the other side of the kitchen pass-through window, a large grill, plenty of lounging furniture, an outdoor shower, as well as a hammock swinging in the fruit trees. If there's a chill outside, know that the pool will still be heated to a comfortable temp of 86 so you can enjoy it any time of year! A screen enclosure surrounds the pool and back porch to ensure pesky bugs won't be messing with your relaxation time!

Wonderful stay!

We picked this place for the private pool and location to food and activities and had a wonderful stay. The house is wonderful and the pool was amazing. We loved it and my kids didn't want to leave. Thanks!

Great family stay

This property was very nice. Everything was organized and easy to locate. It had everything we needed as well as additional supplies. The pool was great fun for the family. The location was wonderful as we were in close proximity to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great time at this house! Very clean when we arrived, very comfortable, love the way the pool was set up with a safety gate. Host was pretty responsive when I had to message them. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay! Great hosts!

My in laws don’t travel much and my wife and I had a blast taking them to Florida. The house and hosts made it that much easier to help them feel at home and relax instead of worry. The house is very clean with cute decorations and feels safe. The hosts cheerfully allowed me to annoy them with questions to help ease my in-laws anxiety. The private pool and sunshine in the back yard will spoil you. So glad we stayed.
