Located within a quiet, upscale neighborhood, it is close to white sand beaches, restaurants, golf courses, parks, and many other amenities! This open concept house with tropical décor, patio with grill, and modern kitchen, sleeps up to 8 and is centrally located to all the action of Clearwater, Tampa, St. Pete, and Indian Rocks! Great for couples and families!

When stepping into Paradise Palms house, you can expect to find a clean and tropical retreat that feels like it was designed for the perfect vacation - because it was!

The open concept floorplan flows out to the screened-in lanai with heated pool where you can lounge, watch the outdoor TV, or grill dinner without bothering with pesky bugs. The modern fully-stocked kitchen boasts an eat-in bar. Enjoy a Keurig coffee in the morning out on the lanai or blend a delicious smoothie for breakfast using fresh fruits from the farmer's market. Two comfortable living areas and both an indoor and outdoor dining area provide all the space you'll need to relax with family or friends. All of the three bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses to comfortably rest after a long day sightseeing or at the beach.

Beach toys, beach chairs, children's books, high chair, pack n' play, board games, bath tub, washer/dryer, and more are included to make Paradise Palms perfect for a family vacation. If you need to work while in paradise, a desk, supportive office chair, and high speed internet are provided.

Items of note:
* The doors leading to the pool are equipped with a door alarm that notifies you when the door is opened to make sure children don’t access the pool alone.
* If traveling with a baby, the house has a portable crib/pack n' play that can be used for sleeping. Including a baby, the house can sleep up to 9.
* House is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest.

Great beach stay

We enjoyed our time at the property with only short drive to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and the pool was a hit with the kids. Everything was very clean we would come back again if visiting the area.

Relaxing Getaway!

My friends and I really enjoyed spending our weekend here! The house is very nice with an open layout, and the pool is a fantastic hangout spot. We couldn’t find the remote to the living room TV, but the owners promptly had a replacement delivered same day! Very responsive/helpful owners, and would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at Paradise palms. It was great having our own private pool and outdoor area. The kitchen was well equipped and extra large and beautifully done. We appreciated the extra large table for doing puzzles on and eating dinner. The adjustable sofas for watching TV were extra comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there. It felt just like home. Wonderful. Would book this home again when in the area.

Family New Years

My family wanted to be together over New Years and be near a beach. My grandson (my oldest daughter’s son) died from cancer at the age of 5 in July. We have all been processing our grief and wanted to be together. The house was perfect. The pool was warm and inviting. Any questions we had were answered by the hosts immediately. I highly recommend this vrbo. It easily accommodated the 8 of us. We cooked the vast majority of our meals and the kitchen was large and well supplied with kitchen necessities.

Wonderful family vacation spot!

We had the best week at this lovely property. 2 adults, 2 kids (5 & 2) and it was perfect for all of us! We appreciated the pack and play crib, highchair and toys for the little one and the 5 year old was most excited about the bunk bed and the pool! The hosts were super receptive when we reached out about an issue, and we resolved it quickly.The space is perfect for a family vacation- the kids loved the pool and us parents loved the outside tv and lounge area for a cocktail after the kids were in bed :-) perfect location, 5 min drive to so many supermarket options and dinner by the beach in 8-9 min drive each night.we didn't venture too far, but the kids loved the bird sanctuary at Indian Rocks beach, Coco's and Crabby bills were great family dinners. (go early!)Beach toys/chairs/towels were very much appreciated, we didn't have to buy anything!Largo Central park is a quick drive and has an incredible playground ! We will 100% be returning to this property- we can't wait!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is located 10-15 mins from the beach and the house accommodates all that you may need when visiting the beach including beach chairs, towels, umbrella, wagons and toys for the kids! We enjoyed using the pool during our downtime and the owners were extremely responsive to any questions we had before and during the stay. The house does only provide a starter pack of certain household items like trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. so will need to purchase extras for those completing a longer stay.

The property is big and spacious. However, there was a huge insect problem inside and outside the home. We found ants in the kitchen counter and they spoiled some pastries that were purchased on the same day. I cleaned everything and they still kept coming back. The trash cans outside were already full when we checked in. The beds are very uncomfortable and there were roaches inside the home. There were also lots of spider webs all over the inside of the pool lanai. I would also not recommend using the BBQ grill. Thankfully my younger kids were able to enjoy the pool as best as possible. My oldest did not like the pool cause it was dirty upon check in.

Perfect Family Spot

This was the perfect spot for our first family beach trip. The subdivision is nice and quiet. The home is a short drive to Indian Rocks Beach and the beach has a ton of free parking spots which was perfect. The house had everything needed for the beach as well; from beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and sand toys! The only thing we needed was a cooler, but we bought a cheap one from the nearby Target to take with us. The only thing I would suggest is having more garbage bags available and laundry pods. After going to the beach a few times during our 5 day stay, we were doing a bit more laundry than expected with all the towels. Everything was great and when I had a question for the hosts, they were quick to respond. If we are ever in the area again, we would hands down stay at here!

Paradise palm house

The owners were very responsive with problems. A broken down dirty bbq, a broken dryer, were both replaced and fixed. The owners are not present in person and the house needs maintenance, grounds, evetroughs, broken window blinds,door alarm to pools, pool toys and bin, as well as beach supplies The pool needed some attention. One of us came home with an ear infection and our suits smelled until the pool was shocked mid week, but still not vaccumed well. They need someone present to find these problems, so guests can arrive to a vrbo ready home. This home has so much potential, but it is not 5 star.

Our family vacation

The size of the house accomidated our large family of 9 nicely. The location was great and only a short drive to the beaches. When we arrived the pool was green and needed a good cleaning. I messaged the owner through the app and they had someone there the next day. The pool cleared up nicely in 2 days. We had issues with the freezer. It took days for it to freeze whatever we put in there. Unfortunately we lost some ice cream as it melted. The master bedroom was great however was the warmest room in the house. It seemed like it got no AC but there was a fan there for us to use. Overall, a great place to stay.

Good in theory…

The check in process was easy. We came right after hurricane Helene which delayed our check in. They were nice enough to give us one day refund, although we missed two days before we were able to even get to Florida (original check in was Saturday, we checked in on Monday.) Upon arrival the first thing we saw was overloaded garbage cans by the front door. Wasn’t the best welcome. Inside the home was clean and nicely decorated. The mattresses were very thin and hard. The ceiling fan in the room with the yellow bed was loud and loose sounding. Which made sleep difficult. Our biggest complaint would be the back patio. It was very obviously neglected, far beyond any hurricane residue. It was covered in mold and algae. The corner by the hose and around the doors was absolutely disgusting (not to mention a serious fall hazard.) Which caused the pool to be in poor condition as well. Supposedly there is a pool guy that comes weekly. I’m not sure what it is that he does while he’s there. Vacuuming the pool or maintaining the patio doesn’t seem to be it. We decided that it would be best for us to check out early and we found another home for the remainder of our trip.
