I rented this property due to its proximity to GT since we were moving our son into his dorm. It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to visit on campus and many great restaurants.The property was very clean, nicely decorated, property owner was very responsive and accomodating. The kitchen was welcoming with coffee/tea/water and some snacks which was a very kind gesture and the kids apprecaited it!

The property was exactly as expected, minor issues anyone would face as a homeowner. We were nervous about street parking in Atlanta when booking but it is a lovely subdivision and never had issues. Sleeper couch is not a mattress with a bar but a small L-Couch that pops up to a bed- very firm. Over-all very good stay.

Great place super close to many of the Atlanta attractions (aquarium, world of coke, centennial park). We were able to walk to everything we wanted except the zoo which was only about a 10 minute drive. The house was clean with enough space that we could spread out and not be all over each other. Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful

My family had an amazing stay while we were in Atlanta. Walking distance to the Aquarium and The Varsity. The place was clean, cozy and we felt safe, which is always important when visiting a new place. We will definitely stay again!

This was my second time staying here and both times were amazing! I love this place. Feels so much like home. Perfect location and close to everything. Very clean and management always responds promptly anytime I had a question about anything. My family loved it as well. I only wish there were TVs in the bedrooms. Looking forward to coming back soon
