Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG und hat einen separaten Eingang. Sie erwartet eine vollausgestattete Wohnküche mit gemütlicher Essgruppe und ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit SAT TV und gemütlicher Couch. Die beiden Schlafräume sind jeweils mit Boxspringbetten ausgestattet, eines davon zusätzlich mit einem Etagenbett. Ein Babybett (Gitterbett) kann auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Ebenso ist eine Wickelauflage, ein Hochstuhl und ein Fläschchenwärmer vorhanden. Im Badezimmer finden Sie eine begehbare, sehr geräumige Dusche, ein Doppelwaschbecken, Fön, Kosmetikspiegel und ein WC. Waschmaschine kann auf Anfrage gegen Gebühr benutzt werden. Zusätzlich verfügt die Wohnung noch über ein separates WC. Zur Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung gehören auch Spielsachen für Kleinkinder, damit es nie langweilig wird. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind selbstverständlich inklusive. Auf dem nordwestlich ausgerichteten Balkon, können Sie den Sonnenuntergang über den Bayerwaldbergen beobachten.

Der Aufenthalt war noch besser als beschrieben. Es waf sehr sauber und die Lage war Top. Da fahren wir sicher wieder hin. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft! Absolute Empfehlung!
Sehr sympathische, freundliche Gastgeber. Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet. Tolle Ausstattung der Wohnung, insbesondere von Bad und Küche.
Lage perfekt! Ländlich, aber mit Auto innerhalb 30 Min. viele spannende Ausflugsziele erreichbar. Es gibt viel zu sehen in der Gegend!
Für Familien perfekt! Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern (12,10,7 Jahre) dort und haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt! Gerne wieder!
