Spend your stay in this cozy 2-room apartment. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, a TV chair with footstool and a dining corner for 2 people. The separate bedroom offers with a raised double bed, a closet and a flat screen TV any living comfort to feel good. The fitted kitchen is equipped to prepare all kinds of food. The balcony can be reached via the living room, which invites you to relax in absolute sunshine. Quietly located and yet in the middle of your balcony is oriented towards the south in this apartment. An awning allows you to spend nice hours in the shade.

The modern bathroom is suitable for seniors with a shower, toilet, sink, shower seat and various grab bars. This apartment also has a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. In the basement there are also washing and drying machines for common use. The associated underground parking space can be rented for 3 € / day. All floors, including the underground car park, are easily accessible by lift.

For each stay is a one-time cleaning of 45 €.

Telefonisch haben wir die Agentur informiert dass das W-lan nicht funktioniert. Uns wurde nicht weitergeholfen, es kam keine Rückmeldung. Wir hatten die 4 Tage kein W-lan, wurde aber von uns mitbezahlt.
