Beautiful property! Very comfortably accommodated 10 of us. Short walk to a few restaurants. A little over a mile and a half to Notre Dame. Ubers were easy to come by. Private elevator inside the home made the three floors easy to navigate with luggage and groceries. Able to utilize the garage as well. Overall, we were extremely happy with the rental and highly recommend!

Great Stay for ND Game

This was a great place to stay for a ND football game weekend. The place was clean, well-stocked and exactly as advertised. There are also restaurants & a breakfast/coffee shop right around the corner. Definitely would recommend this place

City Oasis

I grew up in South Bend and have always loved the downtown area. I came back for a visit and stayed at this property. The place is absolutely immaculate, modern, clean, and comfortable. The deck overlooking the beautiful city is fantastic. The host/management company was super responsive. This will be my first choice every time I come back.

Ok for the price. Cute place and kids loved foosball table in basement. Close to ND (5-6 min drive) but no restaurants/stores within walking distance. Temperature was different on each floor — super cold in basement and hot on third floor which is main floor with kitchen/family area — only one thermostat to control whole place. No table to eat at in kitchen, just 3 chairs at breakfast bar. Family room was big enough for us (2 adults, 3-4 kids) but probably need more space if more people. Communication was great until we advised the owner second floor toilet didn’t work and then got no reply rest of our stay. Overall, we liked the place but for the price was expecting a little more.

ND graduation weekend celebration

Of course the home was over priced for the weekend but that was to be expected. What I didn’t expect was non-attentiveness to details. I notified the company the front door lock didn’t work (battery suggested by them) and no one came to replace the entire stay. This forced us to use the garage door which had no clear side walk and we were walking to campus and dinners. The coffee machine was broken, no kitchen foil/saran wrap, no hand soap at sinks or face face tissues. The basement bedroom had no place to put your phone or glasses or a glass of water except the floor. The structure was fun, the location was great but for $3000 the details should have been better. I’ve always loved VRBO places in the past.

Great property and location for ND football game

Property exactly as described. Was perfect for our group of 4 (and would have accommodated several more). So close to downtown and 10-15 minutes to Notre Dame. Perfect place for a great football weekend! Would have preferred a few other minor items - a plunger, turning tongs for the kitchen - but this is super minor - overall - amazing.

Great property!

This is a very nice townhouse. Very clean, well maintained. Looks like new construction within the last year or so. Host was great and very responsive. We liked the place so much that we booked it again next year.
