The dining area is right next to the open kitchen, which is fully equipped. The interior and cozy bedroom, with the double bed (1.80 width) and the large lighted wardrobe, is provided by the skylight with natural light. Opposite the bedroom is the modern bathroom, which is equipped with a large walk-in shower, a towel radiator and a lighted mirror. The large roof terrace with the 22 m² is the perfect place to enjoy the view over the Baltic Sea and to enjoy sunny hours.

Urlaub Ostsee
Die Wohnung hat eine wunderbare Lage. 50 Meter zum Strand. Super Aussicht auf die Ostsee. Restaurants und Bäckerei quasi um die Ecke. Der einzige Nachteil ist das enge Schlafzimmer. Rechts und Links vom Bett noch keine 30 cm Platz. Hilfreich wäre auch eine Bedienungsanleitung für den Receiver und die Fernbedienung für den Fernseher. Ansonsten wirklich empfehlenswert.

Unter der Wohnung befindet sich eine Disco-Kneipe
Wir haben die FEWO wegen der Lage (nähe zum Strand) und sehr großen Balkon gebucht. Leider stand nirgends, dass im Erdgeschoss unter der Wohnung eine Disco-Kneipe ist, die bis nachts teilweise 2 Uhr laute Musik spielt, die man in der ganzen Wohnung hört. Schlafen geht nur im Ohrstöpsel.
Den großen Balkon kann man auch nicht wirklich genießen, weil neben der Disco-Kneipe noch Gaststätten sich im Erdgeschoss befinden.
Die Wohnung ist ok. Jedoch mit dem Lärm und den weiteren Nachteilen, gibt es zu dem Preis bessere Angebote. Wir würden zu keinem Preis der Welt die Wohnung erneut buchen. Bei dem Lärm kann man sich nicht erholen.

Umwerfender Ausblick
Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, die alles bietet, was man benötigt.
Wir waren im Winter dort und konnten den tollen großen Balkon nicht so richtig ausnutzen aber bei wärmeren Wetter wird das dort ein Traum sein.
Allerdings könnte es in der Hauptsaison durch die Lage vielleicht etwas laut werden.
Übrigens super-gute Abwicklung. Wir haben abends vorher gebucht und sind am nächsten Mittag schon angereist.

Nachtwache
Es wurde vom Eigent ümer verschwiegen, dass unterm Haus gibts eine Kneipe. Man kann im Haus bis 4 Uhr morgens nicht schlafen!!!
Nach einer Warnung von der Polizei wurde zwar die Musik
etwas leiser gemacht aber die Gäste klopften mit Besteck und Fäusten auf die Tische weiter!!!
die Parti dauerte bis zum frühen Morgen!
Unsere Stimmung danach ist dem entsprechend gewesen.
Anstelle von Erholung erhielten wir nur negative Emotionen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Blick vom Balkon ist toll - alles sieht in Wirklichkeit genauso aus, wie es auf den Fotos aussieht! Auch die Buchung über Baltic Appartments lief trotz meiner Spontanität super. Bis auf das Gerumpel von den Nachbarn jede Nacht habe ich nichts zu meckern.
