Thank you for your feedback, Janet. We're pleased you enjoyed our location, communication, and check-in experience, though we're sorry your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Cleanliness is one of our highest priorities. We don't supply towels so I recommend you contact the rental company you rented them from. Our comforters are replaced each season and, at the time of your stay, had only been used by 2 previous guests. We also take reports of items left behind very seriously and have reinforced our inspection procedures with our housekeeping team.  We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to providing every guest with an exceptional experience. Dear Paul, Thank you for being our guest at Ocean Daze, and for taking the time to share your feedback. You are correct, pillows and comforters are provided, bed linens (sheets, pillow cases) and towels are not. That’s visible in the property description, as well in your confirmation email you receive after booking, and also in the check-in email you receive a few days prior to your arrival. I’m glad Terminix was able to arrive 2 hours after your arrival but being on the beach when you leave the door open a few bugs can fly in. Porches and outside stairways being directly on the beach do get sandy during breezy days. We regret not exceeding all of your expectations. We are committed to providing exemplary service when it comes to our guests. We would welcome another opportunity to show you our dedication to beachfront hospitality.
