DETAILS: Discover beachside paradise at Dreams Do Come True! This aptly named 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom North Cape San Blas home sits on a pristine stretch of land nicknamed the Forgotten Coast and sleeps up to 10 people. Wade in the aquamarine waters of the Gulf, rent a kayak or paddleboard to explore, or sit back and watch the rolling surf. Guests will find plenty to love with multiple outdoor spaces, a private pool, and the pristine beach a short stroll away!

The ground floor of this 3-story oasis features all the amenities necessary for an unforgettable getaway. Soak up the sunshine on comfortable lounge chairs around the sparkling pool. When hunger hits, barbecue burgers and fresh-caught fish on the gas grill before digging in at the alfresco table. There’s also a spacious outdoor shower for rinsing off salt and sand, as well as a convenient washer and dryer.

On the top floor, find the light-filled living spaces decorated in a whimsical mix of neutral furnishings and pops of beachy teal and salmon. The updated kitchen has high-end appliances and a breakfast bar for 3. For group meals, there’s bench seating and 2 chairs at the driftwood dining table. Enjoy a chill night relaxing on the 2 soft couches and 2 wicker armchairs while watching TV in the living area. Pour a glass of wine and step out to the balcony, where a porch swing faces the Gulf and a table provides seating for 5. There’s 1 guest bedroom on this level with a king bed.

A charming living space with a twin daybed, a twin trundle, and a TV is on the second-floor landing. Adjacent is the primary bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. Opposite is a family-friendly guest bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed. All the spaces on this level have access to the second-story balcony overlooking the pool and beach.

The house and amenities were great, but the location was perfect! Very short walk to the beach, no stairs on boardwalk access. Walkable location to Trading Post, Ice Cream, and Peachy’s. Would stay again.

Great girls trip!

Perfect set up and location. The private pool and hot tub were awesome. Very short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this home! The only few negative aspects were that the home was not as clean as we expected, and the remote to the hot tub did not always work.

Absolutely perfect!

The home was beautifully decorated and kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. Pool and outdoor area was the perfect way to relax after a day at the beach. Tons of beach chairs, toys, bikes etc we were not expecting. Location was just steps to the beach access and even an ocean view from the upstairs decks. Will definitely book again!

Thanksgiving Getaway

This property was the perfect setup for our group while allowing us to have our dogs with us as well. Their would be a great view of the beach from the decks if it weren't for the planted palm trees, but when you're on the ground level they are a nice touch. Too bad the pool heater no longer works and thats my bad for not noticing that before signing the lease agreement. But the house is beautiful, clean, and the location is great.

Great Stay!

We have stayed in this home multiple times. Its the perfect location for us and layout lets our family spread out. We wish a better list of things could have been provided about what the house actually had. We packed alot of unnecessary things (beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards) that were already at the house. Also, very minor but would be nice to have some cleaning supplies on hand. My husband was trying to do some work which was very hard due to internet speed. Overall awesome home, awesome stay, and we will be back!

Nice location but hot tub didn’t work

Overall my stay was nice because my family and the location. The house is nice we rented this because it’s the beginning of spring and it’s sometimes cool in this area. So we chose this property because it had a hot tub spa connected to the pool. We wanted a heated pool because we had an elderly parents. The hot tub is used to heat the pool. The entire week we were there it did not work. Management gave us the runaround and finally on Friday the night before we were about to leave the pool guy came out clean the filter and said that was the problem. It was frustrating. They called us after three days at and me and my brother going to the property management company themselves physically to get a straight answer. They honestly are very poor management company. If the owner reads their station choose a different property management group. They only offered us 5% cashback which was about $250 where we spent over $1000 to rent a place that had a heated pool.

This property is a gem. We had the best stay and can’t wait to visit again. They have thought of everything! Board games, pack and play, TVs in all rooms, beach chairs, pool floats etc.
