Summary:
3/3 Gulf View home located in a central location on Cape San Blas, just steps from the beach.
The Space:
Pineapple Plantation is a pet friendly 3 bedroom 3 bathroom single family Gulf View home on an uncrowded street. It sleeps up to 10 and is located on beautiful and coveted North Cape San Blas.
·Located on the North Cape - just a 4-5 minute walk to Peachy’s Beach Eats and the St. Joe Shrimp Company, 12 minute walk to Scallop Cove, and just 4 miles to St. Joseph’s Peninsula State Park.
· With no stairs over the dunes to climb this property is only about 100 steps from door to dunes. Close enough to hear the waves rolling onto the beach.
· Gulf and sand views from both the main level deck with a screened in porch and the upper level covered deck.
· Large private pool that can be heated upon request. The pool area has outdoor lighting, and the pool itself has underwater lighting so that you can continue to enjoy the water even after the sun goes down.
Pool heat $300/week.
· Nestled on a ¼ acre oasis with plenty of native vegetation for your family’s enhanced privacy. This seclusion is great when your family is enjoying time in the pool and relaxing on the decks.
**Recently added but not shown in the pictures: large stainless steel Weber propane grill, backyard fire pit, commercial ice maker, upgraded smart TVs in all bedrooms, and a large 10’ swivel umbrella in the pool area**
· The backyard fire pit is great for s’mores.
· Whole house water pressure booster. Being on a peninsula, the Cape is known for low water pressure, especially during peak seasonal use. The water pressure booster helps ensure that you get a great shower after a long day playing in the sun. In addition, the 80-gallon hot water heater (double the normal size) greatly reduces the chance of cold showers. There is also a whole house filtration system with an additional multi-filter drinking water system for kitchen sink and refrigerator. This could eliminate buying all those cases of bottled water.
· The outside elevator from the ground to the main level is great for grandparents, elderly dogs, and luggage!
· Guests staying on the main level can avoid stairs altogether, as this level contains the common areas, a fully stocked kitchen, the queen bedroom, the queen sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, and access to the screened porch and open deck.
· The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a large 10 quart dual zone Ninja air fryer.
· A commercial 150lb/day ice maker and an additional refrigerator are located on the ground floor. Perfect for quick access to beach day snacks and drinks!
No fish bait in refrigerators or coolers please.
· Large capacity front loading washer and dryer
· 65” Smart TV in living room and smart TVs in all three bedrooms. All TVs have streaming capabilities and come with YouTubeTV, which has both local and cable channels.
· Google Nest mesh Wi-Fi for seamless connectivity throughout the house and yard.
· Provided beach gear includes 2 beach carts, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards, skim boards, plastic beach corn hole, toy dump trucks, and other beach toys. Outdoor games include wooden cornhole, ladder ball, bocce ball, croquet, and whiffle ball. Close to 100 indoor games, including foosball, Velcro ball darts, and tons of board games and puzzles. Complementary pickleball paddles are available upon request.
· Private hot water outdoor shower.
· Both propane and charcoal grills, with outdoor lighting for nighttime grilling.
Sleeping Areas:
· Bedroom 1: King with ensuite bathroom on upper level
· Bedroom 2: two twin bunkbeds (sleeps 4) on upper level
· Bedroom 3: Queen on main level
· Living Room: Queen sectional sleeper sofa with 5” cool gel memory foam on main level

Bring your furry friends along! This pet-friendly property warmly welcomes dogs for an additional fee of $150 per dog. Contact the office for breed approval and if you want to bring more than 2 dogs.
We proudly support the local Saint Joe Bay Humane Society by donating 33% of our pet fee to this wonderful organization.
Elevator:
Elevator is available at no additional charge. Please note that any elevator on the Cape, including ours, may break down. We perform preventive maintenance to minimize this risk, and we will address any issue as quickly as we can. However, given the remoteness of the Cape repairs may be delayed.
