Fire up the gas grill for a family cookout, gather around the wood-burning fire pit under the stars, or rinse off after a beach day in the hot and cold outdoor shower. The spacious screened-in porch offers a breezy, comfortable space to dine, relax, and take in the peaceful waterfront setting without interruption.


Inside, the thoughtfully designed kitchen is a dream for cooks and entertainers alike. It features a gas stove, two refrigerators, an additional prep sink, and both a Keurig and 12-cup coffee maker—perfect for fueling early mornings on the water.
