Fantastic location! Well worth it to rent a beach cart, we got ours from st Joe patio and it was well worth it. The downstairs could use a good pressure washing. But with 12 people, we had the best time!

Thank you for your 4-star review. We're glad the location worked so well and that the beach cart made getting to the beach easier. Sorry the downstairs needed pressure washing — we've notified our team and will have that addressed. We're happy your group of 12 had a fantastic time and appreciate the feedback. We hope to host you again.

The perfect location

It was an amazing location with every single thing that we needed at the home provided. The house has games, a great downstairs area screened in, a massive pool, and just being able to be just a few feet from the beach entry point. Honestly, we barely left the house during our stay because everything we needed was right here!

Awesome place

Perfect rental with all the amenities you would need. Beach, pool, outdoor kitchen were the favorites. Golf cart was nice too. Communication with Jerry and Marty was great too. Could not ask for a better rental and a week with family!!!

Great location. Great amenities. The kids and grandkids loved the pool and outdoor and indoor kitchen. The beach was very close and not crowded at all. Enough bathrooms for everyone. Never heard of anyone waiting to use a bathroom all week. The bedroom we stayed in was in a little disrepair. No power on the headboard side of the room. The outlet was hanging out of the wall and did not work. We had some big rainstorms one night, and the floor under the door was wet. I could feel that the subfloor was rotting through when I'd step out the door. All other bedrooms were great! No complaints from any of our kids.Would definitely stay here again.

Gem

Amazing stay at Castaway house! We enjoyed this house so much. The location was amazing, it was very well kempt. The pool and deck area were such an added bonus, so no matter rain or shine, we had a blast. The walk to the beech was close. Really cannot say enough great things.

The house is great as far as being close to the beach. The house needs updating pretty bad. It doesn’t look as nice as the pictures online are.

Perfect

This property was perfect for my family. It is located in a less populated area which we prefer. The walk to the beach is easy. The house was modern, clean, and had many nice amenities. The screened in area under the house is great and the pool was icing on the cake. If it just hadn’t poured down rain all week we would have loved our stay.
