About this property

Incredible brand new house, built in 2021. Beautiful and immaculate kitchen, with large walk in pantry, oversized (light up see through door) fridge, stainless steel appliances , Hydo-Viv under sink water filter, and completely stocked with all kitchen essentials. 5 bedrooms! 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, twin over twin bunk bed, toddler bed, and 2 twin air mattresses (stored in the garage).
All 5 bedrooms have large closets. Master bathroom has a Large walk in closet and soaking tub. Fully fenced backyard w/patio space and bbq. The house is in a beautiful area of East Medford close to many activities including shopping, golf courses, parks & playgrounds, grocery stores, hospitals, theaters, Including in the Shakespearean theater in Ashland and Mount Ashland Ski Resort and the Britt festival in Jacksonville. There are many outdoor activities in the area including rafting the rogue, fishing, guided river fishing, hiking into secluded lakes, the list goes on and on. Southern Oregon is an outdoor paradise, come see for yourself!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood

Nick and Natalie were amazing host! They were very quick to respond, accommodating, and made check in/out very easy. The home was perfect for our family and dog. Our kids loved all of the toys in the kid's room and outdoor kid area. The home also included baby gates. The home was very clean and located in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Excellent for all ages

Best VRBO we've ever stayed in. Clean, well equipped and safe neighborhood. Totally caters to families with kids of all ages. The 2 1/2 year old had so much to do while we were at the house. Thank you!

Family Wedding

Our oldest daughter was getting married in Rogue River and we needed a house with 5 rooms, close to airport and close enough to the venue. This house was perfect! So clean and definitely large enough for 10 people!!

We’re Nick & Natalie a couple in our early 40’s with two boys (2&4) and a beautiful black lab named Kora. We live in Gold Hill, Oregon by the river on a couple acres.
Nick is a southern Oregon native. He was born and raised in Gold Hill and works for Belfor Restoration in Medford. He is in charge of marketing and sales.
Natalie is from a small town in Eastern Oregon, where she was raised on a cattle ranch. Natalie is a certified Yoga teacher and currently a stay at home mom.
Nick & Natalie enjoy spending time with their families, traveling, golfing, and really anything outdoors.
