In our cozy furnished apartment garden you will find on 70 square meters generous space for 2 persons. The apartment has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds which can be set apart according to need. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, sink and hair dryer. In the large living room you sit comfortably on 2 sofas with coffee table. The 55 "TV flat screen TV ensures a good view.  On the corner seat with dining table, you can dine comfortably. In the separate kitchen you will find everything you need on holiday: stove, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a dishwasher. A breakfast table for 2 is also available. Other info: Bed linen, towels, tea towels, tissue paper, kitchen roll, Wi-Fi, electricity, water, heating and final cleaning are included. Children up to 3 years are free, children's equipment is not available. Pets are not allowed in the apartment garden. The apartment is non-smoking. To smoke you have the opportunity on the terrace. Special feature: The apartment is tiled and laid in the living room and bedroom laminate flooring. The seating group on the terrace is covered. The garden invites you to sunbathe and relax. We, family gardeners in Litzendorf / Schammelsdorf rent 2 apartments and one apartment. On our enclosed property there is a holiday apartment Tuscany for up to 4 persons, as well as a holiday apartment garden and an apartment for 2 persons each. In a quiet, sunny south / west facing position, each with its own terrace and separate entrance, 6 km east of Bamberg. According to the wishes of our guests smoking is not permitted in the rooms. Likewise, the bringing of pets is not allowed. For our guests free private parking and Wi-Fi are available.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 21:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
