Exclusive modern, quiet, friendly and brightly furnished holiday apartment on the outskirts of Ebing. Pure relaxation. Bathing lake and pier to the Main. Many cycling and hiking trails on Itz and Main from Bamberg to Coburg, Bad Staffelstein.
Only 15km to the Obermain Therme in Bad Staffelstein with a large sauna area. Hiking trails with views of Bamberg's Altenburg and Banz Castle.
The sunny balcony invites you to relax.
Ideal area for excursions in Franconian enjoyment and beer country.

Train connection. Collection possible at Ebing train station.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Kühlschrank war gefüllt und wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt mit Kaffee und Kuchen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte und großzügige Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Von den sehr sympathischen Gastgebern wurden wir zur Begrüßung und zu Beginn unserer 2. Woche mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen und sogar mit Tomaten aus dem Garten verwöhnt.Supermarkt, Metzger und Bäcker zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Vom Ebinger Bahnhof aus ist man mit dem Regio in 10 min in Bamberg oder in der Therme von Bad Staffelstein, die sehr zu empfehlen ist. Der Bahnhof hat einen kleinen Pkw Parkplatz oder man ist fußläufig in 15 Minuten dort.

Vielen Dank für die schöne "Auszeit"! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden 1A bekümmert. Die Wohnung ist für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung geeignet. Es müssen nur ein paar Stufen zur Haustür erklommen werden. Eine barrierefreie, wunderschöne Wohlfühldusche mit Sitz und ein WC mit Haltegriffen ist vorhanden. Es ist alles da was man braucht, inclusive Rat und Tat von den sehr herzlichen Gastgebern. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!

Wie zu Hause gefühlt

Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Angefangen von dem herzlichen Empfang der beiden Gastgeber, über die sehr saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, bei der es an gar nichts fehlte.wir wurden mit einem frisch gebackenen Kuchen und anderen Leckereien im und außerhalb des Kühlschranks überrascht.Ebenso waren die Ausflugtips sehr hilfreich.Man hatte sofort das Gefühl, dass hier sehr viel Herzblut dahinter steckt.Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.Martina und Roland

Urlaub im Oktober

Die Ferienwohnung ist ein Traum. Alles vorhanden was man braucht bis zur modernen Einrichtung und Sauberkeit. Die Gastgeber sind sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen und sind jederzeit erreichbar..Einige diverse Kleinigkeiten die man nicht erwartet, aber einen sehr gefreut hat. Anreise problemlos inkl. Schlüsselübergabe. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und es gibt vieles Sehenswürdigkeiten die mit dem Auto nicht weit entfernt sind. Danke liebe Familie Watza für die schöne Zeit in ihrem Haus.

Fahrrad Urlaub am Main

Super nette Gastgeber, eine traumhafte FeWo in ganz toller Lage. Frisch gebackener Apfelkuchen und ein gefüllter Kühlschrank bei der Ankunft sagen alles. Ein Carport fürs Auto und ein abschließbarer Fahrrad Unterstand gehören auch dazu. Frisches Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten war täglich vorhanden. Zum Supermarkt und Bäcker sind es nur 500m. Absolut zu empfehlen

Wir sind an einem Feiertag angereist. Unsere Gastgeber hatten uns deshalb den Kühlschrank mit Eier, Milch, Butter, O-Saft, Bier und Sekt vorbefüllt. Weiterhin gab es noch selbstgemachte Marmelade, eingemachte Gurken und einen selbst gebackenen Nusszopf sowie eine Obstschale. Die Wohnung ist top sauber, gepflegt und modern eingerichtet und uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Vermieter sind herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank für alles.

Fahrradurlaub !

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub bei Fam.Watza Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, alles da was man benötigt, sehr sauber !!! Fam. Watza ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit . Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt. Es war Kuchen beim Empfang gebacken und Marmelade, Butter, Eier, Käse, Brötchen, Wurst, Bier und Piccolo waren im Kühlschrank. Sogar ein gefüllter Obstkorb waren in der Wohnung. Wunderbar.

Überwältigende Gastfreundschaft und excellente Ferienwohnung

Wir waren überwältigt vom freundlichen Empfang und der generellen Hilfsbereitschaft der Familie Watza . Die komfortable moderne Wohnung hat uns trotz eher ungünstigen Wetterbedingungen sehr gut gefallen. Der schon halb gefüllte Kühlschrank zum Empfang tröstete über Regenwetter hinweg und wir haben auch so unsere 'Winter-spaziergänge machen können.
