I was obsessed with this place! It was comfortable, beautiful, clean and so inviting! Maria is so kind and treats her guests so well. You'll have everything you need here. The garden is amazing as well. The village is quiet and has 2 restaurants. The location is close enough to anything you need.

Unsere Auszeit in der Fereienwohnung war ausgesprochen positiv. Eine top ausgestattete, moderne Wohnung die den dargestellten Bildern und Beschreibungen im vollen Umfang entspricht. Die herzliche Gastfreundschaft hat alles übertroffen. Wir würden gerne einen sechsten Stern vergeben, leider gibt es aber nur fünf Sterne zu vergeben. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Der Check-in war unkompliziert under der Empfang herzlich. Es erfolgte eine kurze Einweisung in die Technik für Außentore, Fernseher. Rollläden, Kühlgefrieskombination, Herd und Backofen und so weiter. (Großer Kühlschrank und separates Gefrierteil, Backofen Herd, Geschirrspühler, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkoche, Sodastreamer, Eierkoche,Saftpresse etc. Waren vorhanden)Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet. Alles neuwertig, viel Besteck, viele Gläser und Geschirr. Einige Pfannen, Töpfe und Schüsseln. Der Kühlschrank war mit Lebensmitteln und Saft, Milch und versciedenen Bieren bereits bestückt. Ein Obstkorb stand bereit und frisches Gemüse aus dem Garten der Vermieter erwartete und bereits. So eine gut bestückte Küche haben wir noch nirgends erlebt.

Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was dss Herz begehrt. Selbst Verbrauchsartikel wurden vom Vermieter gestellt. Die Überraschung war perfekt als wir mit einem Kuchen und gefüllten Kühlschrank empfangen wurden. Der Aufenthalt war rundum schön.

So gut haben wir es noch nie angetroffen

Herzliche Begrüßung mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen und Kaffee, haben wir so noch nicht erlebt! Die Wohnung: Tip-Top, Ausstattung sehr komplett und zweckmäßig. Auch erwähnenswert: das große Bad mit super Dusche.Alles sehr sauber und zweckmäßig. Sicherer und geschützter Platz für unsere Räder.Wir kommen gern wieder, sind in einer Woche ca. 250km gefahren, aber es gibt ja noch mehr zu entdecken. Der Chef des Hauses unterbreitet gern Tourenvorschläge.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung auf dem Land vor den Toren von Bamberg. Wir hatten die Räder dabei und konnten daher sowohl mit dem Rad als auch mit dem Zug in die Stadt fahren. Auch das E-Auto laden hat super funktioniert !

Schöne Tage in Oberfranken

Die Ferienwohnung Auszeit 2 ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, auch mit vielen "Kleinigkeiten", an die ln anderen Unterkünften nicht gedacht wird. Die Gastgeber haben sich sehr um uns gekümmert, vom Begrüßungskuchen über Tomaten vom Balkon/ Gewächshaus bis hin zum Kühlschrank, der schon mit dem Nötigsten gefüllt war. Geheimtipp

Moderne, zeer schone en volledig ingerichte woning met een huiselijke sfeer. In de keuken is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. De koelkast is gevuld 😀, met o.a. huisgemaakte jam en eieren. Prima matrassen en een ruime doucheruimte. Fietsen en auto kun je op het terrein parkeren. In de omgeving zijn genoeg mogelijkheden om je eigen routes te fietsen, met hier en daar een kleine uitdaging qua klimmen. Met de auto sta je in korte tijd in Bamberg of Bayreuth. Vlakbij de locatie is een supermarkt, bakker en slager. De heer en mevrouw Watka zijn zeer gastvrije en vriendelijke gastheren, die je prima voorzien van de nodige tips om je verblijf nóg aangenamer te maken.

Top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

In dieser Wohnung kann man sich sehr gut aufhalten, selbst wenn das Wetter trübe und regnerisch ist. Die Ausstattung lässt keine 'Wünsche offen, es ist reichlich Platz vorhanden und ich wurde mit Kuchen begrüßt. Im Kühlschrank fand ich O-Saft, H-Milch und 'Bier, außerdem Butter, Käse, Wurst und selbstgemachte Marmelade. Selbst Brötchen zum Aufbacken fand ich vor. Die Ortschaft ist sehr ruhig, Bamberg erreicht man aber recht einfach. Wer Ruhe für seine Auszeit sucht, ist hier richtig.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Liebevoll eingerichtet, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Kühlschrank war bei Anreise gefüllt mit Eiern, selbstgekochter Marmelade, Käse, Milch, Butter, Bier und Sekt ( hoffentlich habe ich nichts vergessen). Zudem warteten frische Bäckerbrötchen, ein Obstkorb und ein selbstgebackener Käsekuchen auf uns. Ein kleines Päckchen Kaffe stand auch bereit. Auf dem Wohnzimmertisch lagen zwei aktuelle Zeitschriften (eine für den Mann und eine für die Frau). Es waren so viele Kleinigkeiten an die gedacht wurden, die kann man gar nicht alle aufzählen (Türhaken, ausreichend Kleiderbügel, Kosmetika im Bad -Haarspray, Wattepads, Duschgel, Shampoo-, Regenschirm…) Überall Jalousien, leider nur im Bad mit Fliegengitter. Einzig der Balkon wurde von uns nicht genutzt, da man sich diesen mit den Feriengästen der Nebenwohnung teilen muss und man unter Beobachtung vom Nachbar gegenüber steht. Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Sogar die Gartenkräuter, Gurken und Tomaten durften wir bei Bedarf selbst ernten. Im Gefrierfach waren Eiswürfel und geschnittener Schnittlauch und Petersilie eingefrostet. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend, wir konnten super schlafen. Vielleicht sollte man darüber nachdenken, einen Staubsauger vorzuhalten. Nach ein paar Tagen hätten wir das Bedürfnis gehabt, alles kurz mal durchzusaugen. Das bitte nicht als Kritik werten! Die Ferienwohnung bekommt von uns trotz der Anmerkungen volle Punktzahl, aufgrund der Ausstattung und Arrangement.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung
