The Atico is located within a holiday complex (Maritim) directly on the coast of Puerto de la Cruz. Although the apartment is privately rented, various facilities of the hotel can be used by you. On the grounds you will find a large subtropical garden, three freshwater pool areas (one of them heated), a miniature golf course, padel and tennis courts and a gym. The sauna and various massage treatments can also be used for a fee. A shuttle service will take you to Puerto de la Cruz free of charge on all days, except Sundays. The black sandy beach of Playa Jardin can be reached in about 800 meters from the complex.
Within the resort there are two restaurants overlooking the sea serving national and international dishes. In addition, two bars with beautiful views invite you to linger.

A comfortable stay in the 18th Floor promises the 40 sqm Atico with its 170 sqm terrace. This extends over two sides of the building and offers a wonderful view over the sea and Puerto de la Cruz. The Atico has a bathroom, a bedroom, an open kitchen with a small dining area and a living room. The bedroom is furnished with two single beds. In the apartment, in addition to air conditioning, which can also be used as heating, free Wi-Fi is available.
The bathroom has a toilet and shower, a bidet and a large vanity. In the building you will find coin-operated washing machines for your wardrobe.
For self-catering you have a kitchen with sink, ceramic hob and fridge freezer.
The Atico is cleaned once a week, with towels, sheets and tea towels changed as well.

Grandiose Aussicht

Die Terrasse war sehr schön,etwas oede. Die Aussicht grandios und ruhig. Alles gut eigerichtet und praktisch. Das geschirr musste zuerst abgewaschen werden. Die rezeption freundlich.
