A spacious, comfortable and fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining south-facing balcony invites you to gaze at the wonderful nature and the mountains.

The living room, which also faces south, has a comfortable sofa and a smart TV.

In the bedroom you will find a box spring bed that offers peace and relaxation.

A large modern glass shower dominates the bathroom, which was also designed with great care and passion.

Mobiles Office

Ich habe die Ferienwohnung für zwei Wochen als Alternative zum heimischen Office genutzt. Ausreichend stabiles WLAN ist vorhanden, Videokonferenzen waren kein Problem. Oberau ist ein guter Standort um zu wandern, für weitere Wege ist bspw. Garmisch nicht weit. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt!

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Wir haben es sehr genossen und würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung in der Nähe von Garmisch-Partenkirchen

Wir waren zu zweit in der top modernen Wohnung in Oberau. Die Gastgeberin hat uns herzlich empfangen und die Wohnung gezeigt. Alles war sauber und sie ist super eingerichtet. Das Auto kann auch auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden. Garmisch ist nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Eine absolute Empfehlung.

Ruhig, aber ideal.

Die Ferienwohnung ist frisch renoviert und alles ist sauber. Man kann sich hier nur wohlfühlen! Oberau ist zwar nicht riesig, aber ideal, um die Ruhe zu genießen und die Gegend zu erkunden. Es gibt tolle Wanderwege und mit dem Auto ist man in kürzester Zeit in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können Familie Klein mit ihrer Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wander- und Fahrradurlaub

Angenehmer Aufenthalt bei sehr offenen und netten Gastgebern. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, ruhige Lage. Mit dem Auto sind alle Ausflugsziele sehr gut und schnell erreichbar.
