APARTMENT WITH BAVARIAN CHARM AND ADVANTAGES OF MODERNITY - UNWIDE FROM THE TOP SKI AREA

The apartment is located on the top floor of an apartment building and has a beautiful view of the imposing mountains of Garmisch-Partenkirchen through the floor and location. At the heart of the facility are homely colors and natural materials, the connection between modern and rural furnishings. Many of the fittings and furniture were made by hand and were made to match the character of the apartment. The bedroom has an open roof structure with a lot of visible wood and a generous, fantastic view of Alpspitze, Waxenstein and Zugspitze. A 47 inch LCD TV is used for cozy TV hours. There is a large fly screen in front of the window for mosquito and fly-free sleeping.

In the center of the living room is a stylish soapstone stove with a large viewing window to enjoy a lot of crackling, warm comfort in the living room on cold evenings. In addition to the cozy sofa corner with the same 47 inch LCD TV as in the bedroom, there is also a dining area available.

The bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet and double sink.

The sun welcomes you in the kitchen in the morning, a wonderful place for the first coffee of the day. From here you have a view of the large Olympic ski jump in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer etc.

The entrance area is a spacious hall with cloakroom and bench.

There are of course two separate parking spaces directly in front of the house.

Nice base for ski holiday

Overall very nice apartment in a desired location near the base of Hausberg (15 min walk) and convenient to restaurants and shops on the Partenkirchen side. Stylishly decorated, and accurate to the photos (Watch your head in the kitchen and bath). Nice casement windows and skylight for fresh air, it was unseasonably warm during our stay. The woodstove was nice for relaxing in the evening.

Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche in einer sehr liebevoll, modern und hochwertig eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Der Vermieter ist äusserst zuvorkommen und kommuniziert sehr freundlich und offen. Die Nähe zum Skilift "Hausberg" und zur Skiflugschanze und damit auch zur Partnachklamm ist besonders toll.

Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig und bietet einen fantastischen Blick auf die Berge. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und alles sehr gepflegt. Gehobene Ausstattung. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt Perfekt. Die Angaben aus der Beschreibung haben zu 100 Prozent zugetroffen. Netter Kontakt, wenn auch „nur“ digital. Das tut dem Ganzen aber keinen Abbruch. Werden wir bestimmt nochmals buchen. Auch die Nachbarschaft ist klasse. Wurden sofort aufgenommen und mit den nötigen Informationen versorgt. Da macht es einem das Abreisen echt schwer.

Traumhafte Wohnung mit Bergblick

Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und bis ins Detail liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich gleich sehr wohl. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Man hat von allen Fenstern Blick auf die Berge. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man kann direkt die Wanderungen starten und die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Dat uitzicht!

Alles aan deze stek klopte. De communicatie met de verhuurder was vriendelijk en accuraat. Het appartement is comfortabel en gezellig ingericht. De locatie is perfect. openbaar vervoer, te voet of met de auto. Alles is mogelijk. Wat ons het meest bij zal blijven is het uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamer! Wat een pracht!
