1 room apartment in a quiet, central villa location in Partenkirchen.
2 balconies, garden with play equipment and lawn, car parking space, satellite TV, WiFi.

The house is centrally located, about 8 minutes walk from the train station, in a quiet residential area. Shops, local and regional bus (free with a guest card), restaurants, spa gardens and walking paths in the immediate vicinity.

Apartment for 1 - 2 people, in the 1st Floor, approx. 30 sqm. South-east and south-west balcony.
Comfortable living room with sofa, dining area, 2 single beds, flat-screen satellite TV and access to the southeast balcony with furniture and a wonderful mountain view. Separate fully equipped kitchen with microwave and coffee machine and access to the south-west balcony. Modern bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. Hallway. Central heating.

Das Zentrum von Garmisch und Partenkichen ist schnell erreichbar

Zimmer und Ausstattung ist sehr gut. 2 Balkone sind bei schönen Wetter zum Entspannen schön.

Von Anfang an zu Hause 🙏🏻

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder 👍🏻 Es ist alles da, was man braucht 👍🏻 Alles sauber 👍🏻 Neutral eingerichtet 👍🏻 Betten und Wäsche wie zu Hause 🙏🏻 Nette Vermieter 👍🏻 Zentral gelegen ist es auch. Man hat ein Rewe ganz nah👍🏻 Der einzige negative Punkt ist, dass lauter Verkehr zeitweise unter der Woche vorbeibraust … aber die Fenster und Türen sind dicht. Sind diese geschlossen, hört man nichts👍🏻Vielen Dank Familie Teufl♥️🙋🏻

Tolles Apartment

Das Apartment verfügt über einen Hauptraum, in dem ein Bett sowie ein kleiner Esstisch steht. Die Größe des Raumes ist für zwei Personen auf jeden Fall ausreichend. Ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank befindet sich in einem kleinen Vorflur zum Hauptraum. Die Küche ist recht klein, aber ausreichend für die ein oder andere kleine Mahlzeit. Auch bei der Ausstattung der Küche haben wir nichts vermisst. Das absolute Highlight des Apartments sind die beiden Balkone mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit Familie Teufl lief problemlos und wir konnten sie jederzeit schnell erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bereits nach den ersten zwei Tagen fühlte es sich nach einer langen Wanderung wie nach Hause kommen an.

Für zwei Personen sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns bereits auf den Bildern einen schönen Eindruck versprochen und diesen den ganzen Urlaub über gehalten. Wir waren insgesamt zehn Nächte in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles in der Wohnung war sauber und funktionstüchtig. Auch wenn das Wetter nicht immer mitgespielt hat, waren die beiden Balkone durch die Hausüberdachung eine Bereicherung für die Ferienwohnung. An die etwas ungewohnte Toilettenspülung sowie den Minibackofen gewöhnt man sich schnell. Auch mit der Senseo-Kaffeepadmaschine und den beiden Kochfeldern sind wir sehr gut ausgekommen. Die in einer vorherigen Bewertung geäußerte Lautstärke lies sich durch die Fensterläden abmildern und war ab dann kein Problem mehr. Gelegentlich war es etwas hellhörig, aber zu angemessener Uhrzeit kehrte im Haus auch schnell Ruhe ein. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und für zwei Personen bietet sie alles, was für einen Urlaub benötigt wird! Vielen Dank auch noch einmal an die Vermieterin, die von Beginn an sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend war!
