Lovely apartment located on a remote cliff in first line to the ocean.
Wake up to the soothing sound of the ocean and the amazing view of the sea right in front of you.
A perfect place if you are not into mass tourism and like to relax your body and soul.
Recently renovated apartment located on a remote cliff in first line to the ocean on the northwest tip of the island.
No houses in front of you - just the open sea with beautiful views of Tenerife and its Teide and marvelous sunsets in the evening.
The 66 qm apartment with large balcony in first line to the sea located in a small and quiet urbanization has the following features:

If you are looking for tranquility this is your place to be. Perfect for some Yoga-sessions on the balcony or a romantic drink during sunset with your loved one. This is the ideal base to start your island exploration.
If you are a beach bum or like to get active with hiking, biking, diving, snorkeling, surfing, swimming or cultural activities - everything is close by.
We are looking forward to have you as a guest and hope that you will fall in love with this little gem as we did when we discovered it.
As the night is often pitch black here its perfect to view the stars - there will be a telescope at your disposition to have a better glance at the stars and the moon.
For those that like to get active - we have a 42"-bodyboard that you might take to the beach. The Surfboard on the pictures is not included in the rental of the apartment :-)
There are a few board games and deck of cards for some "offline fun" and an xbox for console lovers.
We will provide a shower towel and an extra beach towel.

Why they chose this property
We were in november '17 on vacation in the urbanization and the silence, the view - just the whole package had us so convinced that we considered buying an apartment here and with a little luck, it has worked well ;-)
What makes this property unique
The apartment is in 1st line to the sea. The balcony is not visible from the neighbors, so you feel very undisturbed and alone. The view from the balcony goes directly down to a natural pool, where you can swim during good conditions. Also, the place is suitable for fishing. You have the sound of the sea permanently around you - beeing awakened and falling asleep with it. There are breathtaking sunsets almost every evening, which, depending on the clouds, always look different and are always a spectacle. In the entire urbanization much emphasis is placed on tranquility. All in all - very relaxing and soothing!
