The apartment Böltser Hus is located on the first floor in a small apartment house with only 6 residential units and can accommodate up to 5 adults plus 1-2 children. Together with the lower apartment, it has its own covered entrance.

On 70 sqm are 2 bedrooms (1x with double bed, 1x with 2 single beds), a living room with open kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The living room also has a woodburning stove, which provides comfort on colder days. Firewood is available free of charge from autumn to spring.

Directly in front of the apartment entrance is a sunny lawn incl. Sun loungers that can be shared with the lower unit.

A special highlight is not only the proximity to the beautiful sandy beach (about 1.000m), but also a private beach chair, which you can use for the duration of your stay on the beach for free.

Also available together with the ground floor apartment 2 bicycles and a wagon without calculation available.
