We were looking for a place for two couples to enjoy while we spent time in North County. This was the perfect spot. Very quiet. Oh so comfortable. And had everything we needed!! We appreciated the lovely back yard and the king beds. There were so many little touches that made us feel pampered. What a great getaway!!

This is a beautiful home in a convenient area. The kitchen was stocked with cooking and eating essentials (even though we didn't use). The water is super hot (be aware how you adjust) in the shower/tub. The couch by the kitchen is super comfy ;) you will most likely fall asleep on it. Overall, it was lovely.

This kitchen had so much to offer, more than usual places we’ve stayed. The bedrooms had a cozy vibe which we appreciated. Two living areas help with just giving space to spread out. My kids loved the garage and all the toys. It’s so quiet which we appreciate.

We stayed at Kozy Meadows to attend a soccer tournament. This was a great location in relation to the soccer fields at SoCal Sports Complex- a quick 12 minute drive. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. Would stay here again.

Comfortable stay in Oceanside

We enjoyed staying at the house, which was much more comfortable for our family than any hotel. The board games and beach toys were a really nice touch for our kids.

Wonderful visit to SD County

Great Thanksgiving!

We were in town over Thanksgiving weekend for a soccer tournament and had grandma with us. This hous we peefect for all of us and we were able to make Thanksgiving dinner. Home was clean, quiet and had everything we needed.

The host was welcoming with a sign on the desk inviting my family and I to have an enjoyable stay. The house is exactly as it appears to be in the pictures. The house is spacious and there’s plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing. The board games allowed us to connect as a family which filled the house with laughter.

Wonderful Vacation Home

Thank you for a wonderful week in Oceanside. The home was the perfect place to gather with our adult children for our grandson’s 1st Christmas. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms and linens were very comfortable. Thank you for decorating for the holidays-we couldn’t have chosen a better home!

Great place to stay!

Tina was so very helpful/responsive and made my first home rental easy and smooth! The home was clean and spacious… perfect for our groups short stay! Wished we had more time to enjoy the house but thankful for the cozy beds and fully stocked teas and coffee for the mornings. Will not hesitate to rent again should we be in the area! The perfect spot

What a great experience to rent this home for 10 days ! The beds are so darn comfortable! Our host Mary was incredible. - her attention to detail and making sure that we were happy was above and beyond! We absolutely loved our stay! I think it was truly the best house I have ever rented on Vrbo!
